Once placed in your existing Nardi Torino horn button hardware, your horn button will change to an Original Nardi Porsche horn button

Nardi is offering 2 types of small horn buttons to fit all Classic wooden and leather steering wheels in 14.2 and 15.3".
The most common type of horn button is the usual horn button with the rounded top with NardiTorino inscribed on.
The second type is a plain black horn button center with a 2 cm diameter emplacement to fix an original Nardi small emblem of a make of a car.

Both type of horn buttons fits into Nardi Classic steering wheels with a center opening width of 55.50 mm or 2.185".
The horn button hardware is the same on both horn buttons except that the horn button center with the car maker emblem is 2 mm lower than the Nardi Torino rounded top center.

Therefore the Nardi horn button with center emblems is originally delivered with an inside top contact plate that is 2 mm narrower in height than the Nardi Torino horn button.

To fit the original Nardi Porsche horn button center into your existing Nardi Torino horn button hardware, you have to press the small top contact plate of about 2 mm.
It's very easy. Just place your existing plate into a vise and press it slightly.

Then place the parts together and check if the space to activate is flat enough.

Your Nardi horn button will then be an original Nardi Porsche horn button.
